1 Authorize the Execution of a Lease Agreement between the Town of Camillus and Storke Renewables LLC. (Subject to Permissive Referendum)
2 Introduction of a Local Law A-2022 to Repeal Chapter 34 (Fences) of the Town of Camillus Code and to Amend Chapter 30 (Zoning) to Add Fence Regulations Therein.
3 Set the date, time, and place as March 22, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. at the Camillus Municipal Building to hold a public hearing to consider the Local LawA-2022 (Fence Legislation).
4 Approve the installation of LED light fixtures at intersections: Devoe Road @ Arch Stone Way, pole 58; and Van Alstine @ Waterbridge Terrace, pole 24-1; the annual cost of such lights shall be a general town charge per the Public Works Committee.
5 Certify to the State of New York that, as of March 8, 2022, the Town of Camillus Justice Courts are in compliance with §2019-a of the Uniform Justice Act per the Comptroller.
6 Approve a donation of $500.00 to the West Genesee Central School District’s “All Night/After the Ball Party” to be held on Friday, May 13, 2022, per budget line item.
7 Approve to pay sewer claim at 115 Ivy Lane in the amount of $874.80 per the Public Works Committee.
8 Provisionally hire Lisa Wiles to the position of Volunteer Services Supervisor at the Liz and Dave Beebe Erie Canal Park at a salary of $55,000.00, contingent upon her passing the civil service exam for that position, per the Personnel Committee.
9 Provisionally hire Lannie Keeler to the position of Clerk in Code Enforcement, contingent upon her passing a nine month probation period at a salary of $21.94, with a start date of March 14, 2022, per the Personnel Committee.
10 Appoint Gary Gonza of 103 Antrim Lane, Camillus, NY, to serve as a member of the Camillus Housing Authority. The term end 10/26/2025 per the Personnel Committee.
11 Approve the budget adjustments submitted by Comptroller Kathy Tirinato (see attached).

2 Provisionally hire Harrison Reid to the position of Recreation Activity Specialist at the Town Shop per Director Eric Bacon. Salary to be $36,000.00. Permanent hire upon passing the civil service exam for that position.
3 Reappoint George Dooher to service as the alternate member of the Camillus Planning Board, term to end December 31, 2022.
4 Appoint Matthew Bregande of Camillus, to fill the vacancy on the Camillus Housing Authority. Retired member’s existing term to expire February 23, 2026.
5 Appoint Beth McDonough Planning Board Clerk at an hourly rate of $19.6691, effective February 8, 2022.
6 Approve the budget adjustments per the attached spreadsheet
7 Declare the bond project for the purchase of highway equipment and police vehicles a Type II action under SEQR.
8 Approve the resolution proposed by Paul Reichel, Bond Counsel from Bond, Schoeneck & King, for the purchase of highway equipment (304K as discussed at budget) and refinancing of the Police Department vehicles (345K for 3 years).

Town Savings

January 31st, 2022

The Town Board recently approved opting into a longer term contract in regards to technology safeguarding in our Codes Department. This will result in a five year agreement at the cost of three years.
Our Senior Center was the recipient of a $50,000 grant that will go towards the costs of window replacement at the Center.
