1 Public hearing to consider amending Municipal Code Chapter 34-Fences, §34.7-Exceptions, the purpose of which is to allow a fence in the front yard of the property located at 136 Barclay Road, TM #: 029.-02-01.0, said fence to be six foot high and commence 35’ south of the northeast corner of the property, the extend 16’ northerly into the required front yard setback, then extend 35’ westerly to a point, then extend 16’ southerly to a point of intersection with the forward building line.
2 Public hearing to consider amending the Country Oaks Sanitary Sewer District Extension #1, 3220 Armstrong Road, Tax ID 007.1-03-09.0

NEW BUSINESS
1 Approve per contract agreement Payment #1 to James & Son, Contractor, in the amount of $23,717.00 for the Digital Sign Project.
2 Provisionally hire Harrison Reid to the position of Recreation Activity Specialist at the Town Shop per Director Eric Bacon. Salary to be $36,000.00. Permanent hire upon passing the civil service exam for that position.
3 Reappoint George Dooher to service as the alternate member of the Camillus Planning Board, term to end December 31, 2022.
4 Appoint Matthew Bregande of Camillus, to fill the vacancy on the Camillus Housing Authority. Retired member’s existing term to expire February 23, 2026.
5 Appoint Beth McDonough Planning Board Clerk at an hourly rate of $19.6691, effective February 8, 2022.
6 Approve the budget adjustments per the attached spreadsheet
7 Declare the bond project for the purchase of highway equipment and police vehicles a Type II action under SEQR.
8 Approve the resolution proposed by Paul Reichel, Bond Counsel from Bond, Schoeneck & King, for the purchase of highway equipment (304K as discussed at budget) and refinancing of the Police Department vehicles (345K for 3 years).
