1 Approve the Resolution for Renewal Tax Application Exemptions
2 Set the date, time, and place as February 22, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. at the Camillus Municipal Building to hold a public hearing to consider amending the Camillus Municipal Code, Chapter 34–Fences, § 34.7 – Exceptions, the purpose of which is to allow 118 Glenview Parkway, Tax ID 056.-06-24.0, an 8-foot-tall fence to run along the east side property line beginning at the rear property line extending to the front yard building setback line. A length of approximately 100 feet.
3 Approve the East Gate Road/Mallard Drive Sewer Reconstruction project for funding approval with Onondaga County and authorization for Supervisor to sign Agreement..
4 Approve a Lease Extension Agreement for the Gillie Lake property extending the term for one (1) year and under the same terms and conditions as the present lease.
5 Approve the bid from Flower City Glass in the amount of $61,672.00 to replace the windows in the Senior Center per the Director of Parks and Recreation.
6 Approve Bonadio standard Audit contracts and authorize the Supervisor to sign.
7 Set the date, time, and place as February 8, 2022 at 7:00 pm at the Camillus Municipal Building to hold a public hearing to consider amending Municipal Code Chapter 34-Fences, §34.7-Exceptions, the purpose of which is to allow a fence in the front yard of the property located at 136 Barclay Road, TM #: 029.-02-01.0, said fence to be six foot high and commence 35’ south of the northeast corner of the property, the extend 16’ northerly into the required front yard setback, then extend 35’ westerly to a point, then extend 16’ southerly to a point of intersection with the forward building line.
8 Set the date, time, and place as February 8, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. at the Camillus Municipal Building to hold a public hearing to consider amending the Country Oaks Sanitary Sewer District Extension #1, 3220 Armstrong Road, Tax ID 007.1-03-09.0

2. Set the date, time, and place as January 25, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. at the Camillus Municipal to hold a public hearing to consider the 2022 contract with Camillus Fire Department in the amount of $506,598.00.
3. Set the date, time, and place as January 25, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. at the Camillus Municipal Building to hold a public hearing to consider the 2022 contract with WAVES in the amount of $430,500.00.
4. Approve the designation of Mike LaFlair as a delegate and Dave Callahan as the alternate to cast the vote on behalf of the Town of Camillus at the Association of Towns annual business meeting on February 20-23, 2021.
5. Approve a one year contract between the Town of Camillus and Jim Monahan for Assessment consulting fees at a monthly rate of $300.00 per month and assistance with informal assessment reviews which will be paid on a daily basis, and authorize the Supervisor to sign.
6. Approve an agreement between the Town and Paul Curtin to serve as the interim Town Attorney until the vetting process has been completed and a final appointment is made by the Town Board.

23. Designate the Town Comptroller as the accounting officer of the Town of Camillus pursuant to Section 124 of the Town Law.
24. Resumes will be required for all Town Board appointments and all appointed positions with expiration dates posted on web site.
25. Approve the contract with the Highway Superintendent for the repair of town roads in the amount of $500,000.00 and authorize supervisor to sign.
