2. Approve the signage submitted by the Rocklyn Group for the building located at 4801 West Genesee Street: Suites 1, 2 and 3 dated August 21, 2019. (Per Councilor James)

A new Stella’s will be located at the site of the old Camillus Pizza Hut, which is just past the Fairmount Fair Plaza. The new restaurant will be an additional location for Stella’s. The original diner, in business for 20 years, will continue to operate on Wolf Street in Syracuse. The new location should be open in late November or early December.
