1. Continuation of public hearing to consider amending Chapter 30, Zoning, §602 (C) (3) by omitting the lead into it which states “Corner Lots in Residential Districts.”
• Amend (3)-Corner Lots in Residential Districts by omitting the words “Corner Lots in Residential Districts.”
• Renumber existing paragraphs 4, 5, 6 & 7 to numbers 5, 6, 7 & 8.
• Add a new paragraph 4 as follows: “Corner Lots in R-3 Districts, in addition to the requirement of paragraph 3 supra, the side front yard may not be used for the parking or storage of any motor vehicle, trailer, all-terrain vehicle, snowmobile, boat, or snow plow.

1. Set the date, time, and place as October 22, 2019 at 7:00 p.m., at the Camillus Municipal Building to hold a public hearing to consider the 2020 preliminary budget and special districts budget.
2. Effective October 1, 2019 appoint Celeste Karakas to the position of Assessor through September 30, 2025.
3. Approve the Covenant to Run with the Land for Inspection and Maintenance of Private Storm Water Management Facilities for Tumblerock and authorize Supervisor to sign.
