PUBLIC HEARING (S)
1. Continuation of public hearing to consider amending the Camillus Municipal Code, Chapter 34-Fences §34.7, the purpose of which is to allow a six foot high fence on both side yards and back yard of the property located at 206 Male Ave. TM#: 042.-01-24.0. (Per Councilor Joy Flood)
2. Consider amending Chapter 30, Zoning, §602 (C) (3) by omitting the lead into it which states “Corner Lots in Residential Districts.”
• Amend (3)-Corner Lots in Residential Districts by omitting the words “Corner Lots in Residential Districts.”
• Renumber existing paragraphs 4, 5, 6 & 7 to numbers 5, 6, 7 & 8.
• Add a new paragraph 4 as follows: “Corner Lots in R-3 Districts, in addition to the requirement of paragraph 3 supra, the side front yard may not be used for the parking or storage of any motor vehicle, trailer, all-terrain vehicle, snowmobile, boat, or snow plow.
3. Consider amending Chapter 34-Fences, §34.7-Exceptions, the purpose of which is to allow an eight foot fence in the back yard of the property located at 5955 Breed Road, TM# 021.-01-25.0. (Per Councilor Eric Hammerle)

1. Set the date, time, and place as October 10, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at the Office of the Town Clerk, 4600 West Genesee Street to open sealed bids for the Rolling Meadows Water Storage Tank and the Scenic Meadows Pump Station Upgrades Project.
2. Approve the signage submitted by the Rocklyn Group for the building located at 4801 West Genesee Street: Suites 1, 2 and 3 dated August 21, 2019. (Per Councilor James)
3. Appoint Patricia A. Kelly of 100 Suffolk Road, Syracuse, NY to the part time clerical list. (Per Councilor Joy Flood)
