The Town Board Committee Meeting(s) will now begin at 6:00 as the Finance Committee needs to meet. Also the Town Board Agenda has an addendum below:

-Accept the bid of $75,000.00 from James & Son Construction for the Digital Sign Project.

All attendees must wear a mask. Standing Committees will meet at 6:30 in the upstairs board room. Discussion will include:
– Recently passed NYS legislation (S.1150-A/A. 1228-A) which requires documents to be discussed at Open Meetings to be made public at least 24 hours prior to the meeting.
– Oswego Local Law about vacant buildings.
– Standing Committee items as necessary

2. Approve payment number two (2) in the amount of $34,209.99 to Davis Mechanical for the Shove Park Ice Rink Project.
3. Approval for Onondaga County Department of Water Environmental Protection to install the Mission Mydro Wireless (cellular) Real-Time Alarm, Monitoring, and Remote Control for the Ike Dixon Sewer Pump Station at a cost of $1545.00 + $347.50 ($28.96/month) for a year cellular service +$32.50 for shipping for a total cost of $1925.00. Annual charges for cellular service will be $347.50 ($28.96/month) with an estimation of eight hours to install, wire and set up the equipment with labor charges billed to the Town on the 2021 Town of Camillus bill.
4. Approve the Deer Management Plan for 2022.
5. Amend resolution number 113 of May 11, 2021, to approve the overall increase to the Solvay Bank Credit Card line by $7,500.00 for the Camillus Highway Department. Sherri June is added as a cardholder with a credit limit of $5,000. (Per Comptroller, Kathy Tirinato)
