PUBLIC HEARING (S)
1. Continuation of public hearing to consider amending Chapter 30-Zoning, §1503-Amendments to the Zoning Map, to change the zoning classification of 184 Bennett Road, TM #: 017.-05-38.0 from R3 to Planned Unit Development (PUD), pursuant to Municipal Code Chapter 30-Zoning, §502-Planned unit Development District. (Per Councilor Mike LaFlair)
2. Consider extending the Rolling Meadows Water District to include 18 homes in Section 1 of the subdivision.
3. Consider amending Chapter 82.2 by designating the existing language as subdivision A and adopting a new subdivision to be designated subdivision B which will read as follows: B: Persons who are already receiving a 485-a RPTL exemption who sell their residence and move to another residence in the County of Onondaga shall receive the same exemption prorated by the Assessor as provided for in subdivision 8 (eight) of said section.
