1. Authorize the final payment of $3,500.00 to E-Z Paving/Sealcoat LLC for the Park Way Green Infrastructure Improvements Project. (Per B & L Engineers)

2. Effective April 10, 2019 appoint Mark H. Lembo of Cicero New York as a part time police officer for the Town of Camillus Police Department with an hourly pay rate of $18.00 per hour during supervised field training and an hourly pay rate of $20.87 upon successful completion of the supervised field training program. (Per Personnel Committee)

3. Approve the Intermunicipal Agreement with Onondaga County for the Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System to assist with compliance with the MS4 Permit and authorize Supervisor to sign.

4. Approve the terms of engagement between the Town of Camillus and Bonadio & Co., LLP to ensure the Town’s Deferred Compensation Plan is in compliance with Rules and Regulations for the year ended December 31, 2018 and authorize Supervisor to sign.

5. Accept the donation of two graves (Section C, Plot 51, Lots L&M) in Maplewood Cemetery from Susan L. Hoyt.

6. Approve the license to remove logs at 6201 Van Alstine Road, Camillus, NY 13031 TM#006.-04-12.1.

7. The Town of Camillus authorizes a VISA credit card to be issued to the Camillus Police Department.

8. Set the date, time, and place as April 23, 2019 at 7:00 P.M. at the Camillus Municipal Building to hold a public hearing to consider amending the Camillus Municipal Code, Chapter 43, Stormwater Sewer System, Section 43.7 (A), by adding thereto the following sentence: These exempt discharges shall not apply from June 1, 2019 until May 31, 2021 to the use of the catch basins CB-1 through CB-12 located within the 51 Richlee Drive Watershed as portrayed in a flood study report prepared by Barton & Loguidice Engineers dated April 4, 2019.

2. Set the date, time and place as April 23, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. at the Camillus Municipal Building to hold a public hearing to consider the creation of the Christopher Community Sewer District.

3. Set the date, time and place as April 23, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. at the Camillus Municipal Building to hold a public hearing to consider adding the property located at West Genesee Turnpike TM#027.-02-30.0 to the Camillus Consolidated Sewer District.

As the lone applicant has pulled their application the meeting has been cancelled.

The Syracuse-Onondaga County Planning Agency (SOCPA) is leading the update of the 2013 countywide Hazard Mitigation Plan (HMP). The plan is required by state and federal agencies in order for communities in Onondaga County to be eligible for certain types of non-emergency disaster assistance, including funds for mitigation projects. The County welcomes your comments about the plan and it can be accessed here Mitigation Plan
