NEW BUSINESS

1. Approve the short form SEQR for the Gun Club driveway.
2. Approve renewal option of $132.75 per unit for the year 2013 for trash and recycling pick up from Dependable Disposal.
3. Approve Type II action under SEQR for BAN resolution.
4. Approve the resolution submitted by Bond, Schoeneck, & King in the amount of $200,000 to approve purchase of various equipment to maintain Town improvements. 
5. Set the date, time, and place as November 13, 2012 at 7:00 PM at the Camillus Municipal Building to hold a public hearing to consider the 2013 preliminary budget.
6. Set the date, time, and place as November 13, 2012 at 7:00 PM at the Camillus Municipal Building to hold a public hearing to consider the 2013 budget for all special districts in the Town of Camillus.

The ZBA meeting for Tuesday, October 16 has been cancelled.

The last brush pick up for the year will be the weeks of October 7 and October 21.

Columbus Day – Trash pick-up will be on its normal schedule this week.

Please be advised the meeting has been moved toWednesday, October 10 due to the Columbus Day Holiday.  In addition there are some alterations for the Township 5 Project which hopefully indicates we will seem some movement on this stall development this year.

NOTICE OF THE PUBLIC HEARING ON THE 2013 BUDGET

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the proposed 2013 Budget of the Lakeside Fire District of the Town of Geddes, State of New York, has been prepared by the Board of Fire Commissioners of the Lakeside Fire District.

A PUBLIC HEARING will be held at 7:00 PM at the Lakeside Fire Station #1, 1002 State Fair Blvd., Syracuse, New York 13209, in the Town of Geddes, State of New York on the 16th day of October, 2012.

Pursuant to Town Law 105, the Board of Fire Commissioners must hold a public hearing on the budget, make the proposed budget available to the public prior to the public hearing, and allow the public to comment on the budget at the public hearing. This public hearing must be held to allow maximum public participation in the hearing.

The purpose of the public hearing is to allow any person to be heard in favor of or against the proposed budget, and hearing all persons interested in the subject concerning the same.
