ACCEPT THE MINUTES from the Regular Meeting held on August 9, 2022, and the Special Meeting held on August 16, 2022.

NEW BUSINESS
1. Approve the purchase of the Police Simulator Training System in the amount of $144,508.21 per ARPA funds.
2. Approve updating the Town website per the quote from ACC in the amount of $1,440.00 per ARPA funds.
3. Hire DJ Coomber as Maintenance Worker I to start on September 6, 2022, with a probationary period of nine (9) months with a starting salary of $19.94 per hour. After nine (9) months, salary rate will follow union contract, per the Personnel Committee.
4. Move to appoint Debra Ancillotti to the position of Youth Development Program Leader at a yearly salary of $47,900, per the Personnel Committee.
