1. Continuation of public hearing to consider amending Chapter 30-Zoning, §1503-Amendments to the Zoning Map, to change the zoning classification of 184 Bennett Road, TM #: 017.-05-38.0 from R3 to Planned Unit Development (PUD), pursuant to Municipal Code Chapter 30-Zoning, §502-Planned unit Development District. (Per Councilor Mike LaFlair)
2. Consider amending the Camillus Municipal Code, Chapter 34- Fences, §34.7-Exceptions, the purpose of which is to allow a 6 foot fence with 35 feet in front of the north building line at the property located at 307 Farmington Drive, TM # 064.-04-02.0. (Per Councilor Dick Griffo)
3. Consider amending Camillus Municipal Code, Chapter 34-Fences, §34.7-Exceptions, the purpose of which is to allow a six foot high fence along the southern property line with the finished side facing inward to match existing six foot fencing the southern border. Both the new proposed fence bordering commercial property and existing western fence bordering commercial property are six feet with the good side facing in for the property located at 3491 Milton Ave. TM #045.-04-.2.1. 1. Approve the Optimist Club of Camillus, New York, Inc., the use of the Municipal Building lawn for their annual Christmas Tree sale, being held approximately November 17, 2021 – December 25, 2021.
2. Approve the installation of two hydrants in Rolling Meadows, Section 4 for OCWA Project No. 9004062 for hydrant #14669 Vista Way – 420’ north of Moonlight Circle and hydrant #14670 – Vista Way – 220’ east of Rolling Meadows Way and authorize Supervisor to sign.
3. Set the date, time, and place as September 22, 2021 at 11 a.m. at the Camillus Municipal Building to open sealed bids for the Digital Sign Project located at 4600 West Genesee Street.
4. Approve payment # eight (8) in the amount of $159,034.48 to Caldwell Tanks Inc., for the work completed to June 25, 2021 for the Rolling Meadows Tank Project. (Per Barton & Loguidice)
