PUBLIC HEARING (S)

1. Consider amending Chapter 30-Zoning, §1503-Amendments to the Zoning Map, to change the zoning
classification of 184 Bennett Road, TM #: 017.-05-38.0 from R3 to Planned Unit Development (PUD), pursuant to Municipal Code Chapter 30-Zoning, §502-Planned unit Development District. (Per Councilor Mike LaFlair)
2. Consider the request the Cannabis Control Board to prohibit the establishment of retail dispensary licenses and on-site consumption licenses in the Town of Camillus, outside the of Village of Camillus, as provided for in Article IV of the New York State Cannabis Law. If adopted the Local Law will be subject to a mandatory referendum.
3. Consider amending the Camillus Municipal Code, Chapter 34-Fences, §34.7-Exceptions, the purpose of which is to move the existing 6 foot metal fence out 9 ½ ft. on the southern border to 14 ft. in from the property line and add 33 ft. of a new 6 foot metal fence at the property located at 303 Columbus Ave. TM #045.-07-22.1. 4. Consider amending the Camillus Municipal Code, Chapter 34- Fences, §34.7-Exceptions, the purpose of which is to allow an eight foot fence on the rear of the property located at 108 Diane Terrace TM #055.-02-45.0. (Per Councilor Steve James)
5. Consider amending the Camillus Municipal Code, Chapter 34- Fences, §34.7-Exceptions, the purpose of which is to allow a six foot fence on the side corner lot at 217 Dixon Drive TM #054.-09-01.0. (Per Councilor Steve James)
6. Consider amending the Camillus Municipal Code, Chapter 34-Fences, §34.7-Exceptions, the purpose of which is erect a 6 ft. white vinyl fence facing Henry Beach Drive at the property located at 107 Sanderson Drive TM# 040.-02-10.. (Per Councilor Dave Callahan)

NEW BUSINESS
1. Effective July 28, 2021 appoint Thomas M. Petosa to serve as bailiff for the Camillus Justice court at an hourly rate of $16.23. (Per Comptroller Kathy Tirinato)
2. Amend Resolution #148 to appoint Elaina MacCollum to the position of Clerk II in the Code Enforcement office with an hourly wage of $21.24 and a 9 month probation period, effective July 12, 2021 per the Clerical Union contract.
3. Effective July 28, 2021 thru July 28, 2022 approve the Employee Benefits Proposal from Paychex Insurance Agency, Inc., for NYS Disability Insurance in the amount of $4,540.30.
4. Set the date, time, and place as August 18, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at the Camillus Municipal Building to open sealed bids for the Shove Park Ice Rink Accessibility Improvement Project.
5. Set the date, time, and place as August 24, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. at the Camillus Municipal Building to consider amending the Camillus Municipal Code, Chapter 34- Fences, §34.7-Exceptions, the purpose of which is to allow a 6 foot fence with 35 feet in front of the north building line at the property located at 307 Farmington Drive, TM # 064.-04-02.0. (Per Councilor Dick Griffo)
6. The Fairmount Fire Department Service Award Program is approved for amendment of the maximum benefits from $700 per year to $1,200 per year as authorized by the NYS Legislature in 2019. This amendment will take effect on January 1, 2022 if approved at the mandatory referendum to be held on October 5, 2021.
7. Effective August 2, 2021 approve the lateral transfer of Alicia M. Hibbard of Kirkville, New York as a full time police officer for the Camillus Police Department with an annual salary of $68,314.00 and a 12 week probationary period. (Per Personnel Committee)
