1. Continuation of public hearing to consider three amendments to Chapter 30-Zoning:
I. §1503-Amendments to the Zoning Map, the purpose of which is to change the zoning classification of 3160 Warners Road, TM #: 007.-05-09.1, from R2 to R1
II. §402-Definitions of Principal Uses, item P3-Agricultural Uses by adding the following phrase to the end of the first sentence: “distilling of alcoholic beverages and fermentation of cider”
III. §404-Definitions of Non-Residential Accessory Uses by renumbering A7 through A10 to A8 through A11 and adopting a new item A7 to read as follows: “Farm Brewery Processing: This use includes the brewing of beer, the distilling of alcoholic beverages and the fermentation of cider. This accessory use requires site plan approval.
2. Considering amending Camillus Municipal Code, Chapter 34-Fences, §34.7-Exceptions, the purpose of which is to allow a six foot high fence along the southern property line, with the finished side facing inward throughout, on the property located at 3491 Milton Avenue, TM #: 045.-04-02.1. 3. Consider amending Camillus Municipal Code, Chapter 34-Fences, §34.7-Exceptions, the purpose of which is to allow a six foot stockade fence in the front yard of the property located at 126 Male Avenue, TM #: 042.-02-02.0. (Per Councilor Joy Flood)

1. Authorize the Town Clerk to advertise for sealed Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Insurance Consultant/Broker services for the Town of Camillus for Worker’s Compensation and Liability Insurance and open sealed bids on May 13, 2021 at 11 a.m. at the Camillus Municipal Building, 4600 West Genesee Syracuse, NY 13219.
2. Approve the extension of Syracuse Haulers trash removal contract for Shove Park and Veterans Park for 2021-2022 as proposed in the email of Kevin Beverine dated April 19, 2021.
3. Set the date, time, and place as May 11, 2021 to hold a public hearing to consider amending the Camillus Municipal Code, Chapter 34-Fences, §34.7-Exceptions, the purpose of which is to allow a six foot shadowbox fence in the back and side yard at the property located at 100 Thornton Circle, TM# 035.-03-03.0.
