CALL TO ORDER

PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE

PUBLIC HEARING (S)

1. Consider amending Camillus Municipal Code Chapter 34-Fences, §34.7-Exceptions, the purpose of which is to allow an 8 foot high fence across the west side of property and a six foot high fence on the north side of the property located at 105 Patterson Avenue, TM #: 041.-04-14.0. (Per Councilor Joy Flood)

2. Consider amending Camillus Municipal Code, Chapter 30-Zoning, §816-Exceptions, the purpose of which is to add a new subdivision C which will supersede §807 as it relates to TM #s: 057.-01-05.1 and 057.-01-06.1 and will provide special provisions regarding signage to be permitted on the pending site development to be incorporated into a Covenant to Run with the Land, by which the Town Board will reserve unto itself now and in future oversite as to all signage to be placed on this site.

1. Authorize Code Enforcement to proceed with property clean up in accordance with the Camillus Municipal Code, Chapter 74-Brush, Grass, or Weeds at the following properties:

• 111 Matterson Ave. TM# 044.-01-26.0

2. Set the date, time, and place as August 27, 2019 at 7:00 PM at the Camillus Municipal Building to hold a public hearing to consider the extending the Camillus Consolidated Sewer District Extension #19 to include lots one and three of the Dublin Erie Subdivision as described in the engineering report and plan of from W-M Engineering, DPC dated July 2019.

3. Accept Rolling Meadows Way located in Rolling Meadows Subdivision, Section 2.

4. Set the date, time, and place as August 27, 2019 at 7:00 PM at the Camillus Municipal Building to hold a public hearing to consider amending the Camillus Municipal Code, Chapter 34-Fences §34.7, the purpose of which is to allow an six foot high fence on both side yards and back yard of the property located at 206 Male Ave. TM#: 042.-01-24.0. (Per Councilor Joy Flood)

5. Approve release of Judgment lien against John Wynarczyk for the property located at 103 Willow Wood Lane and authorize Supervisor to sign.

6. Approve the Covenant to Run with the land with license for Dylan Powers and Michelle Mueller of 97 Willow Wood Lane the purpose of which is to enclose a portion of the back yard drainage easement and erect a fence upon it. (Per Councilor Mike LaFlair)

7. Set the date, time, and place as August 27, 2019 at 7:00 PM at the Camillus Municipal Building to hold a public hearing to consider amending the Camillus Municipal Code, Chapter 34-Fences §34.7, the purpose of which is to allow an six foot high fence in the front yard at the property located at 211 Dunning Drive, TM#: 040.-03-08.0. (Per Councilor Dave Callahan)
