PUBLIC HEARING (S)
1. Consider the creation of the Christopher Community Sewer District.
2. Consider adding the property located at West Genesee Turnpike TM#027.-02-30.0 to the Camillus Consolidated Sewer District.
3. Consider amending the Camillus Municipal Code, Chapter 43, Stormwater Sewer System, Section 43.7 (A), by adding thereto the following sentence: These exempt discharges shall not apply from June 1, 2019 until May 31, 2021 to the use of the catch basins CB-1 through CB-12 located within the 51 Richlee Drive Watershed as portrayed in a flood study report prepared by Barton & Loguidice Engineers dated April 4, 2019.
4. Consider the 2019 Community Development Block Grant Funding Projects.

NEW BUSINESS
1. Approve the installation of one 25 w LED on pole #3 at a cost not to exceed $96.39 and charge to the Camillus Consolidated Lighting District #6. ( Per Councilor Steve James)
2. Set the date, time and place as May 14, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. at the Camillus Municipal Building to hold a public hearing to consider repealing the existing Chapter 26, Uniform Code Enforcement, of the Camillus Municipal Code and replacing with a new version of Chapter 26, Uniform Code Enforcement.
3. Set the date, time, and place as May 9, 2019 at 11 a.m. at the Camillus Municipal Building to open sealed bids for Worker’s Compensation Insurance.
4. Authorize the Town Supervisor to sign the Facility Use Agreement between the Town of Camillus and the West Genesee Central School District for the 2019 Summer Day Camp Program from July 1, 2019 to August 9, 2019.
5. Set the date, time and place as April 23, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. at the Camillus Municipal Building to hold a public hearing to consider amending the Camillus Municipal Code, Chapter 30, Zoning, Section 405 (A) by adding a new paragraph which will read as follows: 6. Collateral loan broker otherwise known as pawnbroker.
6. Refer Chapter 30, Zoning, Section 405 (A) to the Camillus Planning Board and SOCPA.
