At the recent 2016 Central New York Association of Chiefs of Police Banquet Officer Larry LaValley and Cindy Cieloch both received recognition awards. As many of you know we have an outstanding Police Department and I wish to join the community in congratulating Officer LaValley and Ms. Cieloch for a job well done.
