There are no Public Hearings for Tuesday’s Meeting. Here are all the Agenda items;
NEW BUSINESS
1. Set the date, time and place as April 26, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. at the Camillus Municipal Building to hold a public hearing to consider amending the Camillus Municipal Code Chapter 81, §81.4, the purpose of which is to allow applications by Senior Citizens to be accepted by the Assessor after the appropriate taxable status date under certain circumstances.
2. Set the date, time, and place as April 26, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. at the Camillus Municipal Building to hold a public hearing to consider amending the Camillus Municipal Code, Chapter 50, Solid Waste and Recycling.
3. Set the date, time, and place as May 19, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at the Camillus Municipal Building to open sealed bids for lease of the Town owned billboard at the corner of West Genesee Street and Munro Road
4. Authorize the Office of the Town Clerk to advertise for an opening on the Zoning Board of Appeals with resumes to be opened on April 18, 2016.
5. Amend the Town of Camillus Employee Handbook to reflect PBA Contract 2014-2018, page 15, 2nd paragraph: (a) PBA members shall be paid at the rate of $100 per month (individual coverage). (b) PBA members shall be paid at the rate of $150 per month (family coverage).
6. Amend the Town of Camillus Employee Handbook, Retirement Plan, to add: Tier VI: Employees who join the New York State and Local Retirement System on or after April 1, 2012, are Tier 6 members. The majority of Tier 6 members must contribute for their entire membership but, unlike the other tiers, Tier 6 contribution rates vary based on each member’s annual compensation.
7. Amend resolution #64 dated March 22, 2016 to restate: Approve the lease agreement between the Town of Camillus and ECHO Meals on Wheels West commencing on January 1, 2016 and terminating on December 31, 2019 and authorize Supervisor to sign.
8. Effective April 4, 2016 appoint Sherilynn June as Highway Superintendent Secretary with an hourly salary of $20.65. (Per Paul Legnetto, Highway Superintendent)
9. Hire an appraiser to provide the Town of Camillus with an updated appraisal for the parking lot at the Camillus Senior Center.
10. Approve the proposed engineering services for the Park Way Drainage Improvements in the amount of $26,290.00 and the Sawyer Street Sewer Repair in the amount of $9,050.00 for the Green Infrastructure Grant for a total amount of $35,340.00 and authorize Supervisor to sign.
