Town Board Meeting – Tues, Jan 26 7:00

Below are the items on Tuesday’s Agenda:

NEW BUSINESS
1. Approve the contract between the Town of Camillus and Fairmount Fire Volunteer Fire Department effective January 1, 2016 through December 31, 2016 in the amount of $783,500 to be paid on or about February 1, 2016 in addition to the service awards in the amount of $35,000 and authorize Supervisor to sign.
2. Approve the contract between the Town of Camillus and Camillus Fire Department effective January 1, 2016 through December 31, 2016 in the amount of $495,000 to be paid on or about February 1, 2016 in addition to the service awards in the amount of $13,500 and authorize Supervisor to sign.
3. Approve the contract between the Town of Camillus and WAVES for the period January 1, 2016 through December 31, 2016 in the amount of $430,000 to be paid on or about February 1, 2016 and authorize Supervisor to sign.
4. Approve the contract between the Town of Camillus and Lakeside Fire Department for the period January 1, 2016 through December 31, 2016 in the amount of $54,000 to be paid on or about March 15, 2016 and authorize Supervisor to sign.
5. Approve the agreement between the Town of Camillus and the Civil Service Employees Association, Inc., Local 10000, AFSCME, AFL-CIO, Town of Camillus, Onondaga County Local #834. January 1, 2014 – December 31, 2017 and authorize Supervisor to sign.
6. The Town of Camillus duly designates a Mike LaFlair as the delegate and Eric Hammerle as the alternate delegate to attend the Annual Business Session of the Association of Towns of the State of New York on February 14-17 2016 and to cast the vote of the Town of Camillus pursuant to §6 of Article III of the Constitution and By-Laws of the Association of Towns.
7. Amend resolution #31 of 2016 to restate the 2016 co-sponsored contracts for the Camillus Ski Association from $5,677.00 to $8,167. (Per Eric Bacon, Parks and Recreation Director)
8. Set the date, time, and place as February 9, 2016 at 7:00 PM at the Camillus Municipal Building to hold a public hearing to consider the 2016 Community Development Projects.
