Tim Horton’s – it seems that the proposal for Tim Horton’s stand along store in the Home Depot parking lot is on an indefinite hold for now due to financial reasons. If anything changes I will let everyone know.
Dublin Development – the proposal for the 3 small (4 units each) buildings at the northwest corner of Warners & Bennett Rds. is still moving forward. The developer is converting the existing barn for storage, clearing some of the land and working with their engineers on installing an effective sewer system.
Senior Housing – The Senior Housing on Milton Avenue has a temporary stop work order as the developer’s engineers complete soil boring testing and resolve potential retaining wall issues. As this is a difficult site (terrain) the Town needs to ensure that all testing and safety concerns are fully evolved.
