Public Hearings:
- Consider amending the Camillus Municipal Code, Chapter 34-Fences, §34.7-Exceptions to allow an 8’ high fence extending easterly from the southwest corner of the property located at 106 Sawyer Street, TM #: 046.-02-04.1, to a point 35’ from Sawyer Street.
- Consider changing the zoning classification of the property located at 5340 West Genesee Street, TM #: 035.-05-52.2, from MUN to C5.
New Business:
- Consider the installation of hydrant # 13678 located on Arch Stone Way- 220’ west of Devoe Road, hydrant #13679 located on Arch Stone Way- 770 west of Devoe Road, hydrant #13680 located on Firefly Way- 130’west of Arch Stone Way, hydrant #13681 located on Arch Stone Way- 350’ south of Firefly Way and hydrant # 13682 located on Firefly Way-650’ west of Arch Stone Way and authorize supervisor to sign.
- Approve the Town of Camillus participating in the Town of Ulysses amicus curiae brief or “friend of the court” regarding hydrofracketing.
- Approve the lease between the Town of Camillus and Buranich Funeral Home, 5431 West Genesee Street for the billboard on Town owned land Tax Map Parcel #027.-03-05.2 located on the southerly side of West Genesee Street at the intersection with Munro Road at the following rates: $475 per month for 2013/14 ($5,700 yearly), $500 per month for 2015 ($6,000 yearly). - Approve the agreement with Affordable Senior Housing to create a redevelopment company known as Clover Communities of Camillus LLC for the exemption from real estate taxes. (Per Finance Committee)
- Set the date, time, and place as July 23, 2013 at 7:00 PM to hold a public hearing at the Camillus Municipal Building to amend Chapter 30, Zoning, §812, Billboard.
- Refer Chapter 30, Zoning, §812, Billboard to the Camillus Planning Board and SOCPA.
- Create the position of Auto Mechanic, position #050 at the Camillus Highway Department.
- Create the position of Dog Control Officer, position #041 for the Town of Camillus.
- Approve the Intermunicipal Wastewater Agreement and Exhibit B with the County of Onondaga and authorize supervisor to sign.
- Set the date, time, and place at July 23, 2013 at 7:00 PM to hold a public hearing at the Camillus Municipal Building to repeal and replace Chapter 33, Unsafe Buildings, the purpose of which is to grant expanded authority to the Camillus Town Board to secure and maintain abandoned properties and place the cost of such matters on the properties owners tax bill.
- Approve the release of the drainage and erosion control security in the amount of $2,700 for Westshire Subdivision. (Per Barton & Loguidice, P.C.)

- Set the date, time and place as July 23, 2013 at 7:00 PM at the Camillus Municipal Building to hold a public hearing to consider amending Chapter 34-Fences, §34.7-Exceptions, the purpose of which is to allow a 5 foot fence in the front yard (setback) at 201 Lynn Road, TM# 033.-06-18.0.
