1. Resolution to Pay Captain James Nightingale out of Title Pay for Supervising the Camillus Police Department as Acting Chief from 11/1/2021 to 5/3/2022 in the amount of $6,720.525.
2. Resolution to pay Past Police Chief Thomas Winn, Past Lieutenant Daniel Burlingame, and Captain James Nightingale pursuant to their individual management agreements and the PBA Memorandum of Understanding Agreement of Grievance #2021-01 alleging a violation of Article 29(D) of the Parties’ 2019 Collective Bargaining Agreement which was settled and approved on May 10, 2022.
3. Resolution to approve the following budget amendment to reflect the above resolution per the Comptroller:

4. Approve Zach Zuckerman with USI Insurance Services as health insurance broker for the Town with a total fee of $41,000.00 (commission income from Medicare Advantage products will be offset from Resolution #91 adopted on March 22, 2022. Net fee is $31,000.00
5. Set the date, time, and place as July 15, 2022 at 10:00 am at the Camillus Municipal Building to open sealed bids for the Pickleball Fence project.
6. Consideration/Approval of OYA Solar Project Road Bond Agreement and Decommissioning Agreements.
