1. Approve per contract agreement Payment #3 in the amount of $36,988.00 and payment #4 and Final in the amount of $3,750.00 to James & Son, Contractor, for the Digital Sign Project.
2. Appoint Dave Weber Interim Deputy Code Enforcement Officer, wages of $30.2460 per hour for the period of June 13, 2022 through June 20, 2022, per the Personnel Committee.
3. Authorize Code Enforcement to proceed with property cleanup at the following addresses in accordance with Camillus Municipal Code, Chapter 74 – Brush, Grass, Rubbish, and Weeds:
• 311 Terrace Drive – Tax Map 054.-11-21.0
4. Approve an additional $542.22 for supplies for the new Linstar ID System per ARPA funds.
5. Approve the attached Budget Adjustments per the Comptroller
6. Approve submitting a grant application for CDBG funding for the Warners Park Accessibility Playground Equipment Improvements in the amount not to exceed $38,000.00 and approve the local match for the project.
7. Approve the purchase for the emergency replacement of one of the Town’s servers per the quote from ACC in the amount of $13,943.45 per the ARPA IT Project.
8. Approve the purchase of a workstation for the HR Office per the quote from ACC in the amount of $1,023.74 per ARPA funds.
9. Approve the proposal for professional geology services at the rate of $159.00 per hour from Fox Professional Geology, PLLC for the sole purpose of the proposed manure facility in the Town of Camillus.
10. Introduction and Scheduling of Public Hearing for Local Law C-2022 – A Local Law to Amend the Zoning Regulations of the Town of Camillus to Add Provisions Governing Site Plan Review for Manure Storage Facilities Associated with Concentrated Animal Feeding Operations (CAFOs).
