1. Continuation of public hearing to consider three amendments to Chapter 30-Zoning
I. §1503-Amendments to the Zoning Map, the purpose of which is to change the zoning classification of 3160 Warners Road, TM #: 007.-05-09.1, from R2 to R1.
II. §402-Definitions of Principal Uses, item P3-Agricultural Uses by adding the following phrase to the end of the first sentence: “distilling of alcoholic beverages and fermentation of cider.”
III. §404-Definitions of Non-Residential Accessory Uses by renumbering A7 through A10 to A8 through A11 and adopting a new item A7 to read as follows: “Farm Brewery Processing: This use includes the brewing of beer, the distilling of alcoholic beverages and the fermentation of cider. This accessory use requires site plan approval.
2. Consider amending the Camillus Municipal Code, Chapter 34-Fences, §34.7-Exceptions, the purpose of which is to allow a six foot shadowbox fence in the back and side yard at the property located at 100 Thornton Court, TM# 035.-03-03.0. (Per Councilor Dave Callahan)

1. Set the date, time, and place as May 27, 2021 at the Camillus Municipal Building to hold a public hearing to consider amending the Camillus Municipal Code, Chapter 30-Zoning, §401-Applicability of Regulations, to change the section referred to in the last sentence from 205 to 406.
2. Authorize the conversion of all decorative streetlights to the Carriage style LED’s with the conversion cost total minus incentives in the amount of $24,357.27 and authorize Supervisor to sign.
3. Authorize the Town Clerk to advertise for sealed bids for the Ski Hill Tow Rope Building Replacement Project with sealed bids to be open at 2:00 p.m. on June 3, 2021 at the Camillus Municipal Building.
4. Set the date, time, and place as May 25, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. at the Camillus Municipal Building to consider amending the Camillus Municipal Code, Chapter 34-Fences, §34.7-Exceptions, the purpose of which is to allow an 8 Ft. vinyl fence on the south side of the property located at 315 Pear Tree Drive, TM # 033.-06-05.0. (Per Councilor Dave Callahan)
5. Set the date, time, and place as May 25, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. at the Camillus Municipal Building to consider amending the Camillus Municipal Code, Chapter 34-Fences, §34.7-Exceptions, the purpose of which is to allow an 8 Ft. vinyl fence of the south side of the property located at 313 Pear Tree Drive, TM # 033.-06-06.0. (Per Councilor Dave Callahan)
6. Authorize Code Enforcement to proceed with property clean up in accordance with Camillus Municipal Code, Chapter 74-Brush, Grass or Weeds, at the following addresses:
• 118 Stockton Place TM # 049.-01-10.0
• 128 Jarrett Drive TM # 055.-05-16.0
