ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
TOWN OF CAMILLUS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a public hearing will be held by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Camillus on March 2, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. in the Municipal Building, 4600 West Genesee Street, Syracuse, New York 13219 in the Town of Camillus regarding the following applications or matters:
1. OYA Camillus A, LLC, 335 Madison Avenue, New York, New York 10017, for a special use permit pursuant to Section 1303(B) of Chapter 30 of the Code of the Town of Camillus to allow a ground-mounted 5 megawatt solar farm and associated electrical appurtenances at 6327 Van Alstine Road, Camillus, New York 13031, which solar farm would be within a fenced area of approximately 15.3 acres on the east side of Van Alstine Road, and within a fenced area of approximately 15.15 acres on the west side of Van Alstine Road. The real property that is the subject of this application is further identified by tax map number 006.-04-12.1.
2. OYA Camillus B, LLC, 335 Madison Avenue, New York, New York 10017, for a special use permit pursuant to Section 1303(B) of Chapter 30 of the Code of the Town of Camillus to allow a ground-mounted 5 megawatt solar farm and associated electrical appurtenances at 6327 Van Alstine Road, Camillus, New York 13031, which solar farm would be within a fenced area of approximately 39.07 acres on the east side of the road. The real property that is the subject of this application is further identified by tax map number 006.-04-12.1.
The above applications are open for inspection at the offices of the Town Clerk of the Town of Camillus, 4600 West Genesee Street, Syracuse, New York 13219 during normal working hours. The Board shall listen to all persons wishing to appear at the above time and place. Communications in writing relative thereto may be filed with the Town Clerk before the hearing.
