NEW BUSINESS
1. Approve payment No. 5 in the amount of $91,390.00 to Caldwell Tanks Inc., for the worked completed to July 25, 2020 for the Rolling Meadows Tank Project.
2. Approve Town of Camillus participation in the CNY Stormwater Coalition Staff Services and Education Compliance Assistance Program for 2021 at a cost not to exceed $3,600.00.
3. Set the date, time, and place as October 13, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. at the Camillus Municipal Building to hold a public hearing to considering amending Chapter 34- Fences, §34.7-Exceptions, the purpose of which is to allow a six foot wood privacy into the front yard setback and drainage easement on the south side of the house along Scenic Drive. The fence begins along the south face of the side of the house, crosses the 50 foot front yard setback along Scenic Drive then turns approximately 90 degrees to the east runs approximately 100 feet, encroaching into a drainage easement, then turning north back across the 50 front yard setback located at 5500 Rolling Meadows Way, TM# 020.-1-04-22.0. 4. Approve the Town of Camillus Deer Management Plan for 2020-2021. (Per Councilor Steve James)
