PUBLIC HEARING (S)
1. Consider the extending the Camillus Consolidated Sewer District Extension #19 to include lots one and three of the Dublin Erie Subdivision as described in the engineering report and plan of from W-M Engineering, DPC dated July 2019.
2. Consider amending the Camillus Municipal Code, Chapter 34-Fences §34.7, the purpose of which is to allow an six foot high fence on both side yards and back yard of the property located at 206 Male Ave. TM#: 042.-01-24.0. (Per Councilor Joy Flood)
3. Consider amending the Camillus Municipal Code, Chapter 34-Fences §34.7, the purpose of which is to allow an six foot high fence in the front yard at the property located at 211 Dunning Drive, TM#: 040.-03-08.0. (Per Councilor Dave Callahan)

NEW BUSINESS
1. Approve the proposed changes to the memorandum of understanding for the Central New York Stormwater Coalition and authorize Supervisor to sign.
2. Approve the release of securities for Waterbridge Terrace Subdivision, Section 2.
3. Approve the release of securities for Waterbridge Terrace Extension Subdivision.
4. Authorize ACC Technical Services to upgrade the Town of Camillus web site to accommodate those visitors with disabilities in a cost not to exceed $2,210.00 and authorize Supervisor to sign.
5. Set the date, time, and place as September 10, 2019 at 7:00 P.M. at the Camillus Municipal Building to hold a public hearing to consider amending Chapter 30, Zoning, §602 by adding a new paragraph 4 to Subdivision C which will provide as follows:
Corner Lots in R-3 Districts- In addition to the requirement of paragraph 3 supra, the side front yard of a corner lot may not be used for parking or storage of any motor vehicle, trailer, all-terrain vehicle, snowmobile, boat, snow plow or the placement of any structure. (Comment: The purpose of this new regulation is to ensure visibility around the corner for motorists and to enhance neighborhood aesthetics.)
6. Refer Chapter 30, Zoning, §602, to Camillus Planning Board and Syracuse Onondaga County Planning Agency.
7. Approve the use of the Municipal Building property by the Optimist Club of Camillus from approximately November 16, 2019 – December 25, 2019.
8. Set the date, time, and place as September 10, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. at the Camillus Municipal Building to hold a public hearing to consider amending Chapter 34-Fences, §34.7-Exceptions, the purpose of which is to allow an eight foot fence in the back yard of the property located at 5955 Breed Road, TM# 021.-01-25.0. (Per Councilor Eric Hammerle)
9. Authorize the adoption of the 2019 Onondaga County Multi-Jurisdictional Hazard Mitigation Plan Update.
10. Approve the installation of one 24w LED light on pole 9 ½ Hillbrook Drive with a cost not to exceed $96.39 annually and charge to the Camillus Consolidated Lighting District #6. (Per Councilor Steve James)
11. Effective September 9, 2019 appoint Tyler A. Williams of McGraw New York as a lateral transfer to the position of police officer with an annual base salary of $49,974.00 and a 12 week probation period. (Per Personnel Committee)
