PUBLIC HEARING (S)
1. Continuation of public hearing to consider amending the Camillus Municipal Code, Chapter 30-Zoning, §402-Definitions of Principal Uses, item P26-Commercial Indoor Lodging, to restate the definition as follows: “Commercial Indoor Lodging facilities include uses which provide short term, normally less than 30 days, overnight housing in individual rooms or suites of rooms. Such uses may provide in-room or in-suite kitchens and may also provide indoor or outdoor recreational facilities. These uses have been traditionally referred to as hotels, motels, and boarding houses and more recently as Airbnb’s.

1. Approve the drawdown of Letter of Credit #SB1865970001 from $81,375.00 to zero from M&T Bank for Snowbird’s Landing II, LLC.
2. Rescind resolution #123 dated June 26, 2018 that states: Appoint Bonnie Corso to the part time Clerical List.
3. Effective July 15, 2018 appoint Bonnie Corso to the Clerk 1 position in Judge Poli’s Court with an hourly rate of $14.86.
4. Grant a license to erect a fence in the drainage easement at 108 Quartz Way, TM# 068.-02-16.0. (Per Councilor Steve James)
5. Grant a license to erect a fence within the drainage easement at 119 Trotters Ridge Run, TM# 018-06-24.0. (Per Councilor Mike LaFlair)
6. Authorize Code Enforcement to proceed with property clean up in accordance with Camillus Municipal Code, Chapter 74- Brush, Grass, or Weeds, for the following properties:
• 5960 Newport Road, TM# 021.-04-05.1 (Councilor Eric Hammerle)
• 111 Brendan Way TM# 043.-02-38.0 (Councilor Joy Flood)
7. Set the date, time, and place as October 4, 2018 at 11:00 AM at the Camillus Municipal Building to open sealed bids for the Digital Sign Project located at Town Hall.
8. Accept Rolling Meadows Way and Sunshine Circle as Town roads located in Rolling Meadows Section 1 Subdivision.
9. Accept all Utility Easements in Rolling Meadows Section 1 Subdivision.
10. Approve Subdivision Improvement Security Agreement for Rolling Meadows Section 1 and authorize Supervisor to sign.
11. Set the date, time, and place as September 25, 2018 at 7:00 P.M. at the Camillus Municipal Building to hold a public hearing to consider the creation of a Water District for Rolling Meadows Subdivision.
12. Set the date, time, and place as September 25, 2018 at 7:00 P.M. at the Camillus Municipal Building to hold a public hearing to consider the creation of a Drainage District for Rolling Meadows Subdivision.
13. Set the date, time, and place as September 25, 2018 at 7:00 P.M. at the Camillus Municipal Building to hold a public hearing to consider the creation of a Sewer District for Rolling Meadows Subdivision.
14. Set the date, time, and place as September 25, 2018 at 7:00 P.M. at the Camillus Municipal Building to hold a public hearing to consider the creation of a Lighting District for Rolling Meadows Subdivision.
15. Effective August 28, 2018 promote Sergeant James E. Nightingale to the rank of Captain with an annual salary of $84,390.00 with a 26 week probationary period. (Per Personnel Committee)
