1. Recognize Feher Rubbish Removal, Inc. is in default with the Town of Camillus with the contract dated May 1, 2016.
2. Set the date, time, and place June 6, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at the Camillus Municipal Building to open bids for sealed proposals for the furnishing of containerized trash and recycling collection at Shove Park for a five year period commencing on June 18, 2018.
3. Appoint Dan Stanistreet, 5695 Ike Dixon Road, Camillus, NY to fill the unexpired term of Bernie Bunce on the Camillus Housing Authority with an expiration date of October 29, 2018.
4. Accept the bid in the amount of $29,000.00 from Zeck Builders for the property located at 104 Wickson Road, TM# 054.-02-12.0.
5. Set the date, time, and place as June 26, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. at the Camillus Municipal Building to consider amending the Camillus Municipal Code, Chapter 34-Fences, ยง34.7-Exceptions, the purpose of which is to allow a fence in the side yard of the property located at 202 Kimberly Drive West, TM#055.-02-25.0. 6. Authorize a temporary MEO position at the Camillus Landfill with the union hiring hourly rate of $17.98.
