Here is the agenda for Tuesday’s meeting:

OLD BUSINESS

None

NEW BUSINESS

1. Reappoint Richard de la Rosa to the Zoning Board of Appeals with an expiration date of December 12, 2022.

2. Authorize the Town Supervisor to sign the Grant Disbursement Agreement (GDA) with the Dormitory Authority of the State of New York (“DASNY”) providing for the reimbursement of a $100,000 State and Municipal Facilities Program (“SAM”) grant #7902 for the Camillus Playground project. (Per Parks and Recreation Committee)

3. Authorize the Town Supervisor to sign the Grant Disbursement Agreement (GDA) with the Dormitory Authority of the State of New York (“DASNY”) providing for the reimbursement of a $100,000 State and Municipal Facilities Program (“SAM”) grant #7967 for the Camillus Splash Pad project. (Per Parks and Recreation Committee)

4. Set the date, time, and place as January 9, 2018 at 7:00 P.M. at the Camillus Municipal Building to hold a public hearing to consider amending Chapter 82, Veterans Exemptions, §82.4 (c) (ii) by substituting “$45,000” for “$36,000”. This amount is the maximum amount of Cold War Veterans exemption. Amend §82.4 (c) (ii) by substituting “$150,000” for “$120,000”. This amount is the amount a Cold War Veteran with a service connected disability may receive. Amend §82.4 (D) by repealing existing language and replacing it with the following language. “This exemption provided by subdivision C of this section shall apply to qualifying owners of qualifying real property for as long as they remain qualifying owners.” This language removes the 10-year limitation on these exemptions.

5. Grant license to James Corbo and Jeannette Artini to construct a driveway and retaining wall in a drainage easement at 5423 Anvil Drive and authorize Supervisor to sign. (Per Councilor Eric Hammerle)

6. Approve Site Plan Improvement Security Agreement for Camillus Pointe Apartments and authorize Supervisor to sign.

7. Approve Donation Agreement with Honeywell for a portion of the Reed Webster Park Lands (14.64 acres) and authorize Supervisor to sign.

8. Approve the Lease Modification Agreement with Honeywell for the portion of Reed Webster Park which is not being conveyed to the Town at this time (approximately 16 acres in the northerly area where the tennis courts are located) and authorize the Supervisor to sign.

9. Authorize Code Enforcement to proceed with property clean up in accordance with the Camillus Municipal Code, Chapter 74-Brush, Grass, or Weeds at 331 Gordon Parkway, TM #044.-01-08.0.

10. Authorize the transfer of $1,094,776.00 from account #A.0000.0201.0000 (Key Bank/ Special Buildings) to account #A.0000.0200.0000 (Solvay Bank Operating Account) to cover the cost of New York State Employee Retirement System annual payment ($650,396.00) and New York State Police and Fire Retirement System ($444,380.00). The total amount of $1,094,776.00 is to be re-paid from account #A.0000.0200.0000 (Solvay Bank Operating Account) to #A.0000.0201.0000 (Key Bank/ Special Buildings) in February 2018.
