1. Authorize Code Enforcement to proceed with property clean up in accordance with the Camillus Municipal Code, Chapter 74-Brush, Grass, or Weeds at the following properties:
• TM# 029.-01-11.0 – 109 Windcrest Drive (Per Councilor Dick Griffo)
• TM# 045.-03-32.0 – 204 Mackay Avenue (Per Councilor Joy Flood)
• TM# 047.-05-33.0 – 22 Sherry Drive (Per Councilor Joy Flood)
2. Approve the Snow Plow Contract between the Town of Camillus and County of Onondaga from October 26, 2017 through May 31, 2022 with a flat per mile rate of $7,287.00 in 2018 budget year and thereafter the rate will increase by 2% in each subsequent year and authorize Supervisor to sign.
3. Grant a license to erect a fence across the drainage easement at the property located at 327 Scott Avenue, TM# 045.-04-08.2 and authorize Supervisor to sign. (Per Councilor Joy Flood)
4. Authorize the Town Supervisor to sign the Grant Disbursement Agreement (GDA) with the Dormitory Authority of the State of New York (“DASNY”) providing for the reimbursement of a $100,000 State and Municipal Facilities Program (“SAM”) grant for the Camillus Splash Pad project. 5. Authorize the Town Supervisor to sign the lease between the Town of Camillus and John Lytle for use of the property located at 6066 Gillie Brook Road/Veteran’s Memorial Park at Gillie Lake for the period from August 1, 2017 through August 1, 2018. (Per Eric Bacon, Parks and Recreation Director)
6. Approve the installation of one post top streetlight between the houses located at 6116 Thompson Road and 6118 Thompson Road with an estimated annual cost to be $295. 39 and charge to the Thompson Road Lighting District. (Per Councilor Mike LaFlair)
