PUBLIC HEARING (S)

1. Consider changing the zoning classification of 5410 West Genesee Street – TM#: 035.-04-12.0, 601 Knowell Road – TM#: 033.-11-02.1, and 3478 Warners Road – TM#: 018.-01-16.0 from LBO to R-4.

2. Consider amending Chapter 30-Zoning, §1503-Amendments to the Zoning Map, to change the zoning classification of the Warners Road property known as TM#: 015.-01-13.0 from R-4 to R-1.

3. Consider amending Chapter 30-Zoning, §1503-Amendments to the Zoning Map, to change the zoning classification of the West Genesee Street property known as TM#: 057.-01-05.1 from R-4 to GBO.

4. Consider amending Chapter 30-Zoning, §1503-Amendments to the Zoning Map, to change the zoning classification of the 5633 West Genesee Street, TM#: 029.-01-18.1, from C-2 to LBO.

5. Consider amending Chapter 30-Zoning, §1503-Amendments to the Zoning Map, to change the zoning classification of the 210 Onondaga Road, TM#: 056.-04-09.1 from R-4 to R-3.

6. Consider amending Chapter 30-Zoning, §301-Descriptions of Fixed Zoning Districts, subdivision H-Limited Business Office (LBO) and Chapter 30-Zoning, Table of Land Uses to delete apartments as an allowed use in LBO districts.

7. Consider amending the Camillus Municipal Code, Chapter 60-Traffic and Vehicles, §60.43-Parking Prohibited in Designated Locations, to remove subdivisions #s 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 prohibiting parking on Clark Lane, Sherwood Drive, Stonehedge Road, Greystone Drive, and Crestwood Drive during school hours. 2. Set the date, time, and place as May 23, 2017 at the Camillus Municipal Building to hold a public hearing to consider amending Chapter 30- Zoning, §1503-Amendments to the Zoning Map, to change the zoning classification for the following parcels from R-3 to LBO for tax map numbers: 017.-04-04.0, 017.-04-05.0, 017.-04-06.0, 017.-05-58.0, 017.-04-08.1, 017.-04-09.0, 017.-04-10.0, 017.-04-11.0, 017.-04-12.0, 017.-04-13.0, 017.-04-14.0, 017.-04-14.0, 017.-04-15.0, 017.-04-16.0, 017.-04-17.0, 017.-05-48.0, 017.-04-18.0, 017.-05-47.0, 017.-04-19.0, 017.-04-20.0, 017.-05-65.5, 017.-04-21.1, 017.-05-45.0.
