NEW BUSINESS
1. The Town Board of the Town of Camillus, New York (the “Town”) hereby approves a resolution for a project consisting of the purchasing of highway equipment, the cost of which is $375,000.00 pursuant to the New York State Environmental Quality Review Act (the “SEQR Act”) and the regulations adopted pursuant thereto by the Department of Environmental Conservation of the State of New York, being 6 NYCRR Part 617, as amended.
2. Set the date, time, and place as February 28, 2017 at the Camillus Municipal Building to hold a public hearing to consider extending the Fox Chapel Water District to include the property located at 5738 Ike Dixon Road, TM# 022.1-01-15.0 (Per Councilor Eric Hammerle)
3. Set the date, time, and place as March 8, 2017 at the Camillus Municipal Building to hold a public hearing to consider amending Chapter 30, Zoning §1503- Map Amendments to change the zoning from R2 to R3 on TM#20.-1-01-01.0 (Per Councilor Eric Hammerle)
4. Refer zone change from R2 to R3 on TM#20.-1-01-01.0 to the Camillus Planning Board and SOCPA. (Per Councilor Eric Hammerle)
5. Consider the New York State Environmental Quality Review Act (the SEQR) for the zone change, R2 to R3, TM#20.-1-01-01.0. (Per Councilor Eric Hammerle)
6. Set the date, time, and place as March 8, 2017 at the Camillus Municipal Building to hold a public hearing to consider amending Chapter 30, Zoning §1503- Map Amendments to change the zoning from R1 to R3 on TM#021.-03-08.1. (Per Councilor Eric Hammerle)

9. Approve the donation of $500 to the West Genesee Central School District for the “All Night/After the Ball Party” to be held on Friday, May 12, 2017.
10. Effective February 20, 2017 appoint Adam J. Rivers of Camillus, New York to the part time position of Police Officer for the Camillus Police Department with an hourly rate of $20.26. (Per Personnel Committee)
11. Effective February 20, 2017 appoint Jessica T. Braun of Nedrow, New York to the full time position of Typist 1 for the Camillus Police Department with probationary hourly pay rate of $19.06 with a nine month period of probation. (Per Personnel Committee)
