1. Consider amending the Camillus Municipal Code, Chapter 60-Traffic and Vehicles, §60.22-Stop Intersections to allow the placement of a stop sign at:
• Intersection of Windcrest Drive with the stop sign on the NE corner of Rebhahn Drive.
• Intersection of Windcrest Drive with the stop sign on the SW corner of Wooded Heights Drive.
• Intersection of Fireside Lane with stop sign on the NW corner of Munro Drive.
• Intersection of Wooded Heights Drive with stop sign on the NW corner of Fireside Lane.

NEW BUSINESS

1. Approve payment number two for the Rolling Meadows Tank Project in the amount of $57,712.50 to Caldwell Tanks, 4000 Tower Road, Louisville, KY. (Per Barton & Loguidice)
2. Approve payment number three for the Rolling Meadows Tank Project in the amount of $66,110.50 to Caldwell Tanks, 4000 Tower Road, Louisville, KY. (Per Barton & Loguidice)
3. Approve payment number four for the Rolling Meadows Tank Project in the amount of $249,147.00 to Caldwell Tanks, 4000 Tower Road, Louisville, KY. (Per Barton & Loguidice)
4. Approve the donation of $500.00 to support the “Our Caring Camillus Community” to benefit the West Genesee Senior Class of 2020.
5. The Town of Camillus supports the resolution urging New York State Legislature to increase recycling and reduce municipal waste management costs by expanding the NYS returnable container act.
6. The Town of Camillus establishes the following standard work days for these titles and will report the officials to the New York State and Local Retirement System based on their record of activities.
7. Set the date, time, and place as August 25, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. at the Camillus Municipal Building to hold a public hearing to consider amending Chapter 34- Fences, §34.7-Exceptions, the purpose of which is to allow an 8 foot privacy fence in the back yard at 204 Dixon Drive, TM #: 054.-08-11.0. 8. Authorize the purchase of a 2021 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD 4WD pickup truck in the amount of $32,097.59 utilizing the Sourcewell Contract # 120716-NAF. (Per Eric Bacon, Parks and Recreation Director)
9. Approve the transfer of $7,485.00 from #A.0000.0201.0000 (Key Bank/ Special Buildings) to account #A.0000.0200.0000 (Solvay Bank Operating Account) to cover the cost of repairs for the air conditioning system at the Senior Center and adjust the Senior Center budget to reflect the transfer.
10. Certify to the State of New York that the Town of Camillus Justice Courts are in compliance with §2019-a of the Uniform Justice Act as of February 28, 2020.
11. Approve the amended Pilot Agreement for Camillus Mills.
