CALL TO ORDER

PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE

PUBLIC HEARING (S)

1. A post-factfinding legislative public hearing for the CSEA, Local 1000 AFSCME, AFL-CIO Bargaining Unit, Town of Camillus Unit 7816-00, Onondaga County Local 834.

2. Consider amending the Camillus Municipal Code Chapter 30, Zoning, §814-Required Permits, subsection (c) Fees, to consider fees for signs.

3. Consider amending Chapter 30, Zoning, §405 (Prohibited Uses) to renumber the existing section as #406 and adopt a new Section #405 to be entitled Solar Energy Accessory Use.

4. Consider amending the Camillus Municipal Code Chapter 34, Fences, § 34.2 Permit required to consider increasing the fees to $25.00.

5. Consider amending the Camillus Municipal Code, Chapter 34-Fences, §34.7-Exceptions, the purpose of which is to allow an six foot high fence in the Colony Circle facing the front side yard of the property located at 31 Richlee Drive, TM #: 034.-04-27.0 . (Per Councilor Dave Callahan)

OLD BUSINESS

NEW BUSINESS

1. Authorize the Town of Camillus to complete the LED Streetlight Conversion Project in the Warners Lighting District in an amount not to exceed $1,239.37 and authorize Supervisor to sign.
2. Set the date, time, and place as July 23, 2019 to hold a Public Hearing at 7:00 p.m. the Camillus Municipal Building to consider amending Chapter 34 Fences, §34.7-Exceptions of the Camillus Municipal Code, the purpose of which is to allow an 8 foot high fence across the west side of property (backyard) and a six foot fence on the north side of the property (side yard) at the property located at 105 Patterson Ave. TM# 041.-04-14.0 (Per Councilor Joy Flood)

3. The Town of Camillus supports and recognizes the HeatSmart CNY initiative to bring clean sustainable heating and cooling alternatives to residences and businesses in our community.

4. Authorize the Town Clerk to update the Town of Camillus web site to be handicap accessible.

5. Approve the Subdivision Improvement Security Agreement for Rolling Meadows Section 2 and authorize Supervisor to sign.

6. Accept the drainage and sanitary sewer easements in Rolling Meadows Section 2 which is now Rolling Meadows Way.

7. Set the date, time and place as July 23, 2019 at 7:00 P.M. to hold a public hearing to consider amending Chapter 30 of the Camillus Municipal Code, Section 816 the purpose of which is to add a new subdivision C which will supersede Section 807 as it relates to tax map parcels TM#057.-01-05.1 and TM#057.-01-06.1 and will provide special provisions regarding signage to be permitted on the pending site development to be incorporated into a covenant to run with the land by which the Town Board will reserve unto itself now and in future oversite as to all signage to be placed on this site.

8. Authorize Code Enforcement to proceed with property clean up in accordance with the Camillus Municipal Code, Chapter 74-Brush, Grass, or Weeds at the following properties:

• 150 Goldenrod Lane TM# 010.1-04-31.0
• 163 Forrest Way TM# 031.-01-28.0
• 125 Germania Ave. TM# 042.-03-05.0
